How do I order?

Step One:

Add items to your shopping cart.
Whenever you see an item on Bebecakes Boutique that you are interested in buying, click on the item photograph and a page dedicated to that item will display. You should see an "add to shopping cart" button just below the item description. If the item is available in multiple colors, sizes or varieties, you will see those listed in the pull down menu above the "add to shopping cart" button. Choose the color, size or variety you prefer from this menu and then click on the "add to shopping cart" button. In the upper right corner of every web page, the number of items in your shopping cart as well as the item is displayed.

After you put an item in your shopping cart, you can either proceed to checkout and purchase the product, or continue shopping. You can add as many products to your shopping cart as you like.

Step Two: Checkout

When you decide to buy the items in your shopping cart, click on "Check Out" located on the upper center of the page or on the right hand side where your items are placed. Review your order and make any adjustments you like to quantities. You may also remove an item from your shopping cart. To begin the checkout process click on “continue” at the bottom of the page beneath your items. In the next series of pages you will be asked to type information that will let us know where to send the order, how to send it and how you intend to pay for it. To make purchases you will need to order online using one of the following: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, JCB or Diners Club.

The checkout sequence should take less than two minutes for first time customers. Within 24 hours of receiving your order you will receive an email from us confirming your order. Is it safe to use my credit card?

We guarantee that every online transaction you make will be 100% safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your credit card as a result of shopping at bebecakesboutique.com. We will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made while using the secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

Shipping options

We use the US Postal Service (USPS) to ship our products to you. You can also choose to use the United Parcel Service (UPS) if you prefer.
We will be happy to ship your order to a PO, APO or FPO Box via U.S. Postal Service .

International orders

To place an international order, please call us at 480.227.2200. Customer service is available Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm and Saturday 10:00am to 4:00pm (Pacific Standard Time). Orders may also be emailed to us at contact@bebecakesboutique.com

Tracking your order

You will be notified by email once your order is shipped. If you have registered with Bebecakes Boutique, you may login to check the status of your order.

Gift certificates and Gift Wrapping

Gift wrapping is available for $5.00 complimentary gift card included.

Gift certificates are available in multiple denominations here.

Sales Tax

Sales Tax will be charged to residents of Arizona. If your shipment is going outside of Arizona, we will not charge sales tax.

Return Policy

The Bebecakes Boutique satisfaction guarantee:
We want you to be 100% satisfied with everything that you buy from us. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Bebecakes Boutique, we will be happy to accept a return within 30 days after you received the item for a full refund, less shipping costs. After 30 days, all returns are store credit or exchange only. No returns, exchanges, or store credit after 60 days from our ship date. Items must be returned to Bebecakes in new, unused condition, be in original packaging, and with all tags in tact. For items that are damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we will be happy to refund your original shipping cost.

Sale merchandise may only be returned for store credit or exchanged for other merchandise. When returning an item, please include the original copy of your sales receipt. If you do not, we will be unable to process your return. Returns can only be credited back to the credit card used to make the original purchase at Bebecakes Boutique.

Credit or shipments will be processed within 7 days after item is received. You will receive a notification by email to the email address on file at the time the credit or exchange is processed. Please note that you should always insure your package, and get a tracking number before returning items. We recommend using UPS to ship your items back to us.
Tracking your order you will be notified by email once your order is shipped. You may also login to Bebecakes Boutique anytime to check the status of your order.

We value your privacy! All info submitted to Bebecakes Boutique is kept confidential. No personal information is shared, sold or distributed. Bebecakes Boutique uses industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to protect data during transmission. SSL ensures that communication, (such as credit card submissions) are not tampered with during transmission. SSL encrypts or scrambles any info sent from you making it virtually impossible to tamper with. The info is unreadable should anyone try to intercept it.

We invite interested visitors to sign up for our mailing list to receive occasional e-mail alerts about special offers and promotions. When you sign up, we ask for your first name and e-mail address only. Again, we are committed to not selling, renting, or sharing your e-mail address with anyone.
